Payments may be made either by personal check with valid id, cash or credit card (MC/Visa) with valid id. Checks should be made payable to Rayn Fall Dance Studio. To ensure proper credit, please put your child's name on the check, especially if your child has a different last name than yours.
Late Fee Policy A $15.00 late fee will automatically be added to your account after the scheduled payment date of each month (i.e. Oct 6). This fee must be paid along with tuition by the following Saturday (i.e. Oct 13th). If the late payment is not made by the 2nd Saturday (i.e. Oct 13th) an additional $5 fee will be added to your account. If you are going to be out of town or in the event that your child gets sick please notify RFDS administration to arrange payment and avoid a late fee.
Accounts that continue to fall delinquent may result in expulsion from the Payment Plan and/or may have classes stopped until full payment is remitted.
Returned Checks
A $30.00 processing fee will be added to your account for all returned checks. If this fee is not paid within 10 days of notification it will be automatically withdrawn from your checking account.
Missed Classes and Refunds
There are no refunds given for missed classes. There are no pro-rated fees for the following:
- Missed classes/Late Registration or registration after the vacation grace period/Holidays/Illness or injuries
- Family vacations
- Studio closure days due to weather or power outages are not made up
Any class cancelled due to a teacher absence will be made up at time arranged with that teacher. Students may attend another class on the schedule as a make-up class.

Withdrawals
Parents are responsible for letting the instructor know if they will not be returning to a class. The studio requires notification to RFDS administration at least 4 weeks prior to discontinuing classes. A $50 early exit fee will be required at the time of exit. This fee is charged due to the limited space and bottom line estimate determined at enrollment for students.
Payment Plans
Payment plans offer the parent a choice and provide convenience. It is the Parent’s responsibility to choose a payment plan that best suits their needs. Once a payment plan has been chosen and agreed upon you will not be able to change the payment plan, however you do have the choice to pay head. Once enrolled, you are responsible for monthly payments without receiving a monthly reminder.

Delinquency
The studio reserves the right to discontinue a payment plan or student’s privileges (i.e. trips, photo shoots, RFDS sponsored events) for non-payment of tuition and fees until account is brought up to date. Furthermore, all payments made to RFDS for anything other than tuition will automatically default to the balance due.
